If you order any item(s), and you are not happy with it, you may return it for a full refund*. YES! I will pay for shipping it to you. However, you must pay to ship it back to me. We will allow twenty-one days for you to return the item. This date starts when we first mailed out the package. When your package arrives, please inspect the item(s) you have ordered. You do have time to show it around to your friends, to get their opinion. (Twenty-one days after it is mailed out to you.) This should ensure your complete satisfaction. There is one thing I can't guarantee. I can't guarantee that the item you purchase will last forever. There is always the chance of a prong breaking, or a stone loosening, or even a stone falling out. Most of this happens with normal wear and tear. It is always recommended to have your jeweler check your prongs at least three times a year. If not more.
